Identify the service business, actual address, service activity, equipment/products serviced, personnel competence, facilities, measuring equipment and records.
Discuss your scopeEstablish the relevant TSE service standard or criterion and requested scope with TSE. A service-site qualification is different from a product certificate or a management-system certificate.
Compare the actual site with applicable personnel, equipment, calibration, service-process and record requirements. Organize evidence and findings by criterion; clarify TSE’s application and inspection requirements. A related company’s document or another branch’s certificate does not demonstrate qualification of the proposed address and service scope.
TSE HYB concerns the specified service activity and location. The Ministry of Trade’s SSHYB is a different after-sales document for manufacturers or importers of listed goods and their required service network. The Ministry’s current guidance uses service-station information from TSE’s database, but a site’s HYB is not by itself the manufacturer’s SSHYB or an authorised-service contract. Establish which document, holder and actual address the request concerns.
For a relocated workshop, compare the proposed address and service activity with the actual personnel, equipment and records against the applicable TSE criterion. Confirm the present certificate status and any required change procedure with TSE. For the manufacturer’s separate SSHYB process, check the applicable goods and service network through the Ministry’s official route. Do not transfer one branch’s capability, certificate scope or after-sales approval to a new location merely because the company name is unchanged.
Conditional case: a new branch advertises a certificate issued for the old site while equipment and staff have moved only partly. Verify certificate holder, address, activity and current scope; establish missing capability and required TSE action. Document real improvements without inventing an inspection result or authorised-service contract.
Send QRS the actual service location, activity, applicable criterion, personnel/equipment evidence and requested record-comparison task. Before acceptance, the responsible legal entity must check authority, competence, permitted scope and conflicts. An intake or comparison of existing records does not perform TSE’s examination, grant HYB or replace the Ministry’s SSHYB decision. No such authority is established by this guide, and no favourable result or date is guaranteed.
Use the guides to explore scope and practical questions in this field and find the detail relevant to your situation.
