Sources and roles

Technical and corporate claims require evidence, scope and currency checks. Prefer primary sources from standards publishers, public authorities, accreditation bodies and programme owners; search results, competitors or general summaries alone are not proof. Accreditation is checked against the certificate and scope annexes. Accredited services, conformity assessment, training and information roles are kept distinct; a service page promises neither coverage for every application nor a positive outcome.

Originality and AI assistance

Content is prepared for QRS services and readers. Another organisation’s text, metadata, FAQs, examples or city copy is not reproduced by changing its brand name. AI may support research, drafting or quality checks, but technical claims, sources, company facts and publication decisions require responsible human review.

City and service pages

A city page does not establish a branch, official authority or automatic entitlement there. The actual delivery model, need for on-site work and scope are clarified for each application. Thin pages differing only by place name are not opened to mass indexing; pages should answer real questions with original value and verified internal links.

Updates and corrections

Time-sensitive pages require review of editions, transition periods, regulations and scope. Material changes may require content updates or temporarily withdrawing publication. Verifiable error reports are investigated and corrected without retaining a misleading old claim. Report errors to info@qrsquality.com.

Commercial and editorial boundaries

Commercial aims, paid relationships, advertising and partnerships do not override technical outcomes, accreditation scope, regulations or editorial assessment. Customer names, assessment outcomes and certificate data are published only with authority and permission for public release.
