Conditional enquiry example

If an enquiry from Andijan concerns automotive parts supplied to a plant in Asaka, identify the applicant, component producer and customer separately. A sales address does not show where machining or final inspection happens. Trace one part number from the customer drawing revision through material receipt, production and shipment. If a subcontractor performs heat treatment, include that address and the handover record rather than treating the sales office file as complete production evidence.
