If accommodation is marketed under an İskele destination label, list the actual property and service addresses rather than assuming all activity is in the town. Follow one reservation through the advertised facilities, confirmation, property handover and customer feedback. If reception arranges an external restaurant or transfer, record who promises and delivers each service. A destination label cannot demonstrate that separate hotels or providers share the same management controls.
Which property is named in the confirmation? Who handles a facility mismatch? Which provider must supply evidence when a promised service is outsourced?
Use the complaint management guide for a booking-to-service enquiry. Treat each operator’s responsibility and records explicitly before choosing a system scope; the tourism listing does not approve a property or make it a QRS service location.
Read the technical guide: ISO 10002:2018 Complaints Handling: Implementation and Assessment
This is a conditional intake example, not a completed QRS assignment. Confirm scope, competence, programme conditions and access before planning work. A city entry does not establish an office, local authorisation, accreditation or a certification outcome.
