Training provider: distinguish attendance from demonstrated competence

Conditional enquiry example

If a training provider in Ganja requests assessment, specify the course it delivers, its learners and the claimed learning outcome. Compare the syllabus version, trainer assignment, attendance and an actual assessment exercise. A certificate of attendance does not show that the learner performed the task correctly. For a course delivered at a customer site, identify whose equipment is used and who retains the assessment record.

Questions and records for the enquiry

Does the exercise measure the stated learning outcome? Who reviews a trainer’s competence? Is the published award description consistent with the actual assessment?

Choose a defined assessment route

Use the quality management route for the provider’s delivery process. Academic accreditation, professional authorisation and course attendance are different questions. The universities supply context only; no relationship with them or recognition of an award is claimed.
