General information and governing records
Viewing a page does not create a contract or entitlement to a certificate. Statements about standards, rules, processes, times and fees are general information. A definite scope or conformity outcome requires examination of the activity, addresses, workforce, market and programme requirements. Current standards, official rules, accreditation scope, contracts and written quotations take precedence for the relevant transaction.
Certification and accreditation
A listed service is not necessarily accredited for every sector, product, country or activity. Check the relevant standard and sector code before proceeding. Certification decisions follow audit, finding follow-up, technical review and independent decision stages; no outcome is guaranteed in advance.
Certificate verification
Only records approved for public release are displayed. No match may mean an unpublished record or an incorrect number; written confirmation can be requested. Unauthorised alteration, intensive automated querying and misleading reproduction of results are prohibited.
Quotations and applications
Submitting a form does not mean an application is accepted, an audit scheduled or a certificate promised. The service becomes contractual when the parties accept the written scope, price, responsibilities and conditions. Users must provide accurate information they are authorised to share.
Intellectual property and external links
The QRS name, logo, original text, page design and visual arrangement may not be commercially copied without the relevant rights holder’s permission. Quotations must preserve context and identify the source. QRS does not manage the currency, security or data practices of linked external sites.
Updates
Site content, services and these terms may change. Signed contracts, approved quotations and controlled QRS documents take precedence over general website text for a particular customer transaction. Questions and errors can be reported to info@qrsquality.com.
