Scope and data minimisation

This policy covers qrsquality.com, contact and quotation forms, certificate verification and the QRS channels linked from these pages. External providers apply their own terms after you open their links.

We do not request sensitive personal data unnecessary for an information or quotation request. Do not enter health or biometric data, identity documents, bank details or unnecessary third-party information in message fields. Certificate verification returns only limited QRS records approved for public release; unpublished or unmatched records are not disclosed.

Security measures

Security measures include HTTPS, server-side keys not disclosed to browsers, required-field and timing checks, repeat-submission controls and a bot trap. Certificate queries use request limits and publication approval, and return a closed error for duplicate records. Access is limited to authorised personnel and the relevant purpose.

External services

The Google Map loads from Google infrastructure with the contact page. Google may process your IP address and device/browser information; browser settings or a content blocker can limit this content. Selecting WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or email links opens the relevant application or site, whose provider is responsible for subsequent processing.
