Conditional enquiry example

If a Tashkent head office manages branches or a shared digital platform, prepare the enquiry around information flows. Follow one customer record from intake through branch access, cloud processing and deletion or retention. The registered office address does not reveal the location of servers or the party administering accounts. Separate shared central controls from local branch actions, and identify any outsourced support that can access the information.

Questions and records for the enquiry

Who grants and revokes branch access? Where is the backup held? What evidence covers a supplier’s privileged account and an incident handover?

Choose a defined assessment route
