Accreditation holder and current record

The published NAC-020-MS certificate names Kayra Patent Uluslararası Belgelendirme Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. NAC is the accreditation body; QRS Quality is the brand used on this website. The legal holder named in the certificate and contract is the reference for the certification engagement. The NAC register checked on 3 October 2026 lists NAC-020-MS as active, with a cycle from 5 January 2026 to 5 January 2030. Suspension or withdrawal can change that status before the stated end date.

Six management-system scopes

The certificate is based on ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015. Its five annex pages list the six standard editions below. These are the editions in this accreditation document; they do not claim coverage of later editions or every sector.

• ISO 9001:2015 — Quality management
• ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental management
• ISO 45001:2018 — Occupational health and safety management
• EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022 — Information security management
• ISO 22000:2018 — Food safety management
• ISO 50001:2018 — Energy management

Match the activity to the annex

For ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, check the sector codes in annex pages 1–3. For ISO 22000, the annex lists categories A, B, C, D, E, F and I. ISO 50001 covers the energy-use categories a–h in annex page 5. The ISO/IEC 27001 annex states “Certification Sectors – N/A”. Site, activity, standard edition and applicable category must match the actual engagement.

Product accreditation: separate status

ISO/IEC 17065 is a separate product, process and service certification framework. The NAC register lists NAC-016-PPS as withdrawn at the customer’s request on 15 January 2026. It therefore cannot be presented as current accredited authority for QRS product certification. NAC-020-MS does not replace product accreditation or extend to all services listed on this website.

International recognition is scope-specific

Global ACI has assumed the former roles of IAF and ILAC. Its MRA Signatory List dated 25 September 2026 lists NAC for ISO/IEC 17025 testing and calibration. It does not list NAC for ISO/IEC 17021-1 management-system certification or ISO/IEC 17065 product certification. NAC accreditation alone therefore does not establish IAF MLA or Global ACI MRA recognition for these certificates. Acceptance must be checked against the purchaser, tender, regulator and target-market requirements.

Read the six-page NAC-020-MS PDF together with the issuer’s register. For an application, ask for the legal certificate issuer, exact scope, standard edition, current accreditation status and any recognition required by the receiving organisation.
