If a textile producer in Mingachevir requests process assessment, follow a lot through the production stages it actually controls. Match yarn or fabric identification, machine settings, in-process checks and release to the finished order. If finishing occurs elsewhere, record the transferred quantity and how returned material keeps its identity. Being in an industrial park does not demonstrate a common production system or transfer another resident’s certificate.
Can a delivered lot be traced to the settings used? Who controls a mixing or rework decision? Which records belong to the outside finishing site?
Use the quality management guide for production consistency and lot control. Keep a buyer’s textile test or programme requirement separate. The intake should identify the uncontrolled step and responsible producer before any sampling or assessment plan is agreed.

This is a conditional intake example, not a completed QRS assignment. Confirm scope, competence, programme conditions and access before planning work. A city entry does not establish an office, local authorisation, accreditation or a certification outcome.
