Depending on your channel and request, data may include name, phone, email and city; company, activity, role and service; messages, scope, products, facilities, employee numbers, target market and voluntarily submitted documents. Security records may include source page, submission time, abuse-prevention logs and, where needed, one-way-hashed query identifiers. Google Map loading may expose IP, browser and device information to the third-party provider.

Processing purposes

Only relevant and necessary data is processed to assess and answer information, scope, application and quotation requests; plan certification, conformity assessment, training or related services; protect the accuracy and security of certificate verification; handle appeals, complaints, satisfaction and updates; meet contract, retention, security and authority-request obligations; and preserve records needed to establish, exercise or defend a right.

Collection and legal grounds

Data may be collected through forms, email, phone, WhatsApp, meetings, contracts and documents you submit, by automated or partly automated means, or non-automatically as part of a filing system. Grounds may include contractual necessity, legal duties, establishing/exercising/defending rights and legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights. If separate processing requires explicit consent, a distinct, specific choice is offered. This notice is not consent; sending an enquiry does not authorise marketing.

Transfers

Purpose-limited transfers may involve authorised staff, auditors or technical experts and necessary hosting, email, IT and archive providers. Legally authorised public or judicial bodies may receive data on a proper request. The contact-page map loads directly from Google, which may process IP, browser and device data. A service involving international transfer requires separate assessment of current conditions under Article 9 of Law No. 6698.

Retention and security

Data is retained for the processing purpose, applicable contractual/legal periods and possible dispute limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Access restrictions, server-side secret keys, abuse controls, secure connections and appropriate administrative measures are applied. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed entirely risk-free.

Rights and applications

Under Article 11 you may ask whether data is processed, obtain details and purposes, check purpose-compatible use and identify third-party recipients; request correction, deletion or destruction when conditions apply and notification of those actions to recipients; object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

Proper applications are answered free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days. A statutory fee may apply for additional cost; the answer explains acceptance or refusal.
