Conditional enquiry example

If a logistics company applies from a Baku office while handling goods at an Alat terminal or another warehouse, list the operational addresses separately. Trace one consignment through booking, loading, custody transfer and delivery confirmation. For a delayed connection, compare the alternative route, customer notification and recovery record. A terminal name on a document does not make its operator part of the applicant’s organisation.

Questions and records for the enquiry

Who controls the cargo at each handover? Which site holds the recovery plan? What record shows that the alternative service met the agreed delivery need?

Choose a defined assessment route
