Questions for your situation
How should several services at one location be scoped?
Identify each service's standard or criteria and associated personnel, equipment and record needs. Sharing an address does not make all requirements identical. Applications should describe actual activities. Use the scope accepted by TSE clearly in quotations and customer information.
Must equipment listed in the application be demonstrated in operation?
A list provides initial evidence of availability. Service suitability, usability and necessary control records may also be examined. Borrowed or unusable equipment can misrepresent capability. Establish actual use and supporting evidence against the relevant service criteria.
Which duties should personnel training records support?
Use the occupational, training or competence conditions applicable to the service. A general certificate from another field is not sufficient for every role. Describe duties, working relationships and actual responsibility. Verify precise acceptance conditions against the relevant TSE standard or criteria.
How should service records connect to customer complaints?
Link work orders, completed operations, parts and delivery information to the complaint. Investigate whether recurring faults relate to the same method or equipment. Customer signatures alone do not prove every technical requirement was met. Retain corrective work and customer-response records.
What happens if relocation or service changes are omitted before assessment?
Differences between documents and actual activities can make assessment planning incomplete. Reconsider premises, equipment layout and service records at the new location. Further review or updates may affect timing. Notify changes promptly under TSE application and agreement conditions.
Does obtaining preparation support from QRS mean HYB has been issued?
Preparation, training or preliminary review differs from TSE assessment and certification decisions. TSE is the issuer for HYB, within the relevant service scope. Quotations should state the service supplied. Another organisation's general conformity letter must not be presented as a TSE Service Qualification Certificate.
