QRS QualityGDP Good Distribution Practice
Human medicine distribution assessment follows movements between authorised parties and the conditions of storage. A GDP review report is not a generic food certificate that creates wholesale distribution authority.
Define the scope correctly
Why must both suppliers and customers be qualified?
Verify supply from an authorised source and delivery to an appropriate recipient. Check current licence or registration scope. Commercial references do not replace official authority. For suspicious or inconsistent transactions, do not release goods solely because an order is approved without examining product and party information.
Which changes can require temperature mapping to be reassessed?
Review effects of altered layout, shelving, climate control or use. Determine additional studies according to risk and the change. Old measurement locations may no longer represent challenging conditions. Align monitoring and alarms with current findings.
What is missing when an alarm exists but no response is recorded?
Detection time, responsible action and decisions about affected products cannot be explained. An installed alarm is not sufficient control. Investigate causes and temperature history and complete product assessment. Plan who responds outside normal shifts and how decisions are recorded.
