Provide a traceable mapping showing they identify the same product. Labels, drawings and manufacturer statements should support one another. If a design difference underlies the name change, assess it separately. An explanatory letter does not extend a report to an excluded product.
SABER shipment guidance routes regulated-product requests to the body that issued the product certificate. Do not assume another approval route without considering the linked registration. Clarify current records and platform procedures first if a body or certificate change is needed. Urgency does not replace the approval chain.
Track classification, conformity basis and models separately for each product. One container does not justify applying one certificate route to every item. Match invoices and quantities to their registrations. Valid documents for other goods do not fill a missing product's evidence gap.
Product design and test evidence may remain technically useful. Review accounts, declarations, applicant and shipment relationships for the new importer separately. Do not assume automatic registration transfer. Clarify data access, manufacturer authorisation and current model scope before starting.
Payment does not close a technical gap. List missing tests, samples and report acceptance conditions first. Budget platform, body, laboratory and additional registrations separately. Plan around those dependencies; opening a request alone is insufficient evidence for a completion date.
Check validity needed at application and shipment stages against actual dates. An old PDF is not current status evidence. Consider renewal, changed regulations and models together. Clarify applicable body and platform conditions before deciding on dispatch.
