Questions for your situation
Does appearing online satisfy the attendance requirement?
The programme should explain its attendance criteria and verification method. An open session does not always demonstrate that a participant followed the lesson or joined exercises. Appropriate interaction and activity records can contribute. Collect only necessary, proportionate data and explain to participants what is recorded and why.
How should identity and examination security be addressed online?
Define identification, question security and interruption procedures suited to the assessment type before it begins. Explain the chosen method’s limits. Cameras or software alone do not guarantee complete prevention of cheating. Clarify participant rights, appeals and data retention within the programme.
Is one session appropriate for a team working across time zones?
Assess working hours, language needs and the time participants can devote to practice. Split or repeat sessions in a way consistent with learning objectives. Watching a recording later does not automatically replace live practical work. Instructor feedback and individual assessment capacity affect both duration and cost.
How can individual contributions be visible in a group case study?
Rotate roles so that questioning, evidence evaluation and conclusion writing can be observed separately. Support the group report with individual feedback. Work performed only by the most experienced participant must not represent the whole group’s competence. Ask how practical work is assessed and which output is issued.
Is training impossible if an external provider cannot access the company system?
Anonymised data, screen examples or fictional cases can replace direct access. If they cannot sufficiently exercise the target skill, plan controlled access or further practice. Circumventing security restrictions is not a training method. Agree confidentiality, recording and material-sharing conditions with the parties beforehand.
What should be checked if another organisation will not accept a remotely obtained certificate?
Examine the recipient’s required scope, duration, assessment and recognition conditions. The issue may concern the programme’s requirements rather than remote delivery alone. Compare these conditions before enrolling. Adding wording to a certificate afterwards cannot turn unperformed training or assessment into completed work.
